Welcome to TX4U (“TX4U”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
TX4U is an automated information service designed to help users understand potential tax residency implications based solely on their self-provided information.

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

3. Nature of the Service

TX4U provides an automated tool, not professional advice. Specifically:

Users complete a structured questionnaire about their residence, income, and personal circumstances.
TX4U applies predefined public rules and algorithms (including OECD tie-breaker logic and domestic statutory presence tests) to this input.
The platform then generates a standardized informational output (“Tax Residency Report”), based solely on the data the user submitted.

⚠️ TX4U does not verify, interpret or apply the law to your individual circumstances in the way a qualified tax adviser would.

This Service is informational in nature, similar to online tax residency checklists used by many governments, and is not a substitute for professional advice.

4. No Tax, Legal or Financial Advice

The Service and any reports generated:

❌ Do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
❌ Do not create any adviser–client relationship between you and TX4U.
❌ Are not intended to be relied upon as the sole basis for making tax or legal decisions.

Users are strongly encouraged to seek independent tax and legal advice from qualified professionals in relevant jurisdictions.

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

Providing complete, accurate and truthful information in the questionnaire.
Understanding that inaccurate or incomplete answers will produce inaccurate results.
Complying with the tax laws and reporting obligations applicable to you.

TX4U does not check or audit your input and has no responsibility for errors arising from user-submitted data.

6. Payment Terms

Service fee: US$19 per report, excluding VAT.
Payment is processed via Stripe, a third-party provider.
Payment must be made after completing the questionnaire, before receiving the report.
All sales are final except where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, content, and designs remain the property of TX4U.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without prior written consent.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

TX4U complies with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.

Data collected is limited to the information you provide.
TX4U does not share personal data with third parties except Stripe for payment processing.
You may request deletion of your data at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TX4U, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages resulting from:

reliance on any information generated by the Service;
inaccuracies in user-submitted information;
delays, errors, or omissions in the Service;
any tax penalties, assessments, or legal consequences arising from use of the Service.

TX4U provides the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

10. Regulatory Status

TX4U is not a tax advisory firm, accounting practice, or law firm.
The Service is a technology platform for information processing only.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict of law rules.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the Service means acceptance of any updates.
